"No matter what role you have or what ends up happening, don't devalue yourself for being second guessed, not allowed to do your role in front of clients and only behind a screen, and put your foot down on hours. Nobody should work 6 projects, and you shouldn't have to be your own PM, Consultant, Dev, Release Manager and Solution Architect. Without putting your foot down you'll go from 1-2 solo projects to 4-6. Unlimited PTO is only available once you finish your work, so be your own advocate, don't take more than you can, and know you were hired because of your skills if you do choose the company. "

"My manager, another female, who had hired me for my activity in the community decided once I started that my activity and personality were too much and worked hard to censor me, block my time by giving me more work when I had events, and wouldn't hear concerns about how I was being told I had to ask salesforce to check my technical questions when I was the technical lead, stating, well why don't we try it this way. I am not sure if she was doing the only room for so many or if she truly didn't like me and let me know it."
