"Woman are well-respected at this company for the most part, but I hear a lot of criticism in the Manufacturing department of favoritism and sexual harassment. I do not work closely with that department, so I would not know, but our Glassdoor reviews say it all. "

"They don't really allow any one to work from home unless you have a higher up position. There is not much decision-making autonomy either, as we have to get SLT/CEO approval on almost everything. "
