"Arguably there are TOO many women at this organization. That said, there is plenty of opportunity here to advance and build your career - especially in technology. However, for a female-centric organization, the benefits - especially around maternity leave - are abysmal. 6 weeks of leave at PARTIAL pay for the first 8 years of tenure. This is an embarrassment, and should be corrected ASAP."
