"Lots of flexibility and strong work/life balance, depending on your manager. However, benefits are TERRIBLE (especially the maternity leave policy) and the organization as a whole is very poorly run. There really is no advancement at the organization, staff turnover is extremely high (more than 50% leave each year), and particularly frustrating - male colleagues are typically paid substantially more than women. That said, it can be a pleasant place to work if your team is great, and good for women with small children who need a good work/life balance. Just join after you've already had your children."
