      "There are a lot of egos and folks with self-serving ambitions to navigate. Men who mistreat the women on their teams, to the point of tears, anxiety, and attrition, do not face any consequences. When concerns around inequity are raised, they are met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to learn."

      "Women-first organization with great benefits however keep in mind it is still a start up with a very past pace and demanding hours"
