"The firm is trying really really hard to do better but female partnership is low and female associates are often treated more harshly in reviews and given less responsibility than male associates. That being said, the partners have agreed to undergo sensitivity training to try to address these issues. Maternity leave is 3 months paid plus 3 months of FMLA supplemented pay, but if you take 6 months you don't get a bonus. "
