"It is a different culture for attorneys versus staff members. Generally, the firm makes an effort to promote women and this seems to be slowly increasing over the past few years. While there are some flexible work-life balance policies in place, they aren't the best. It is more difficult for women with children."

"If you don't have kids go for it. If you want to not work long hours as well as nights and weekends, look elsewhere."
