"I have never personally witnessed gender discrimination or a lack of opportunity for women in general here. Most of the people I work with are friendly, smart, and helpful. Of course, not everyone is a nice person but that's true of any employer. "

"It's better to be from Goldman than at Goldman. I'd recommend getting in and getting out after about 2 years. You'll meet some of the best people and worst people at Goldman. If you come in as an Analyst, you'll make some great friends and colleagues for life starting out your career. "
