"Very supportive colleagues of diverse backgrounds -- the work is challenging and the hours can be demanding, but the environment is also truly a meritocracy. I've never felt like I can't achieve/accomplishment something because of my background or appearance."

"Depends on your age. If you’re young and single with no children then you will find your treatment is great. Not so much if you’re older with children. "
