"Gong and its managers are so supportive of me as a parent which is critical since my kids are still pretty young. We win as a team and support one another so I always feel like my team has my back and that my manager is there for me."

"Gong is a very inclusive environment, and women are helping pave the way! We have a handful in leadership positions, but the only way to get more women into those roles, is to hire more women, ground up! "
