"As a woman, especially one in sales (a predominantly male-dominated field, made more so the higher up you get), Gong recognizes women's achievements, promotes accordingly, and values diverse approaches to work."

"Gong has been an amazing organization to work for. They have a strong culture of transparency and open door policy to be very close to employees. Female leadership is strongly represented at all levels of the organization and they provide internal networking opportunities to bring women together"
