"There is a fairly strong culture and community at GU, and oftentimes you can find just the right manager to make your working life better. But! I have found many women working in lower rank positions for pay that doesn’t match all that they’re doing. For instance, my official title is three separate roles tied into one and I am only paid for what feels like one. Once the semester starts I’m filled to the brim with cortisol and little recognition or community to show for it."
