"The company is about 70% women, but the leadership team has only one woman, as the other one left recently. You will get support as being a working mom, for sure, but you might find yourself working every evening to make up for any time that you spend with your kids during the day. Some women really thrive on that, others not so much."

"My manager in particular doesn't represent company values well. This person is in the middle of a "growth journey" so maybe things will get better. I know other managers at the company are better than mine and employees are happy with those people."
