"In my experience, Great Wolf is understanding of the necessity of a work/life balance and they are fairly flexible with letting you choose what shifts you want to work as well as how many shifts you are willing to work. There are also pretty good benefits as well, especially for full-time workers. "

"Maternity leave is not paid, so unpaid is your only option. Insurance benefits are offered but options are not there's only one program. No wellness programs."
