"GRCA is an important organization that you can and should leverage to network and make yourself visible within the community. There is a significant time commitment due to the events and programs the GRCA holds, as well as a grinding pace for the work you're expected to do. "

"A great mission and dedicated people. Compensation is what you might expect for a small nonprofit- not the greatest. Great hours (8-4) and a women-dominated staff and leadership means you’ll feel heard. "
