"When I worked here, I was in an entry level role. I had three years work experience but was transitioning into a new industry. I tried to negotiate my salary but was quickly shot down. I later found out that my two male counterparts, with no work experience and right out of college, made more than I did. Not only that, at a company function, a high-level consultant tried to make an advance on me by rubbing his hand up my dress."
