"There are some good opportunities to grow in this company; compared to a lot of consulting firms that expect 60 work weeks, I would say that the Gunter Group has a 45-50 hour work week, depending on the client engagement. You do get paid additional billable hours if you go above 35 billable client hours per week, which is good. However, women do get typecast as peacemaking consultants, in "soft skills" disciplines like Change Management, and do not get a ton of sponsorship. This is the only consulting firm that I've worked at; from looking at my clients work environments as well, I'm assuming that these trends are similar all across consulting. "
