      "Even if the leadership team might not have executed on all their wishes, they strive to be inclusive. A lot of time and money gets spent on restructuring processes to be inclusive. The CEO and COO spend much time on trying to find out ways to reach diverse candidates. There is care here that isn't found often in gaming."

      "The managers here are very responsive. The 'open door policy' is actually real. Got stuck in a process? They want to hear. Got personal issues you need addressed? If your lead cannot help, they will ask HR to come to you. If you are feeling overworked or underutilized - speaking up will not get you punished and your issue is being examined."
