I really depends on who is gouing to be your boss. I've seen many sexist things here, as well as I've seen a lot of equality too. It's not a general problema but some of the older managers and directors can be a little sexist and not even realise it.

Although it varies from department to department, most of the university is committed to its social justice roots and wants its employees to feel challenged and appreciated. I worked there for 3 years. Management is male-dominated, and your overall experience will determine greatly depending on what team you are currently working on. Women who have children to care for aren't given much freedom to do so. Overall, it varies.
