"Unless you want a stepping stone for another finance-related company, like private equity, venture capital or investment banking, look elsewhere. There is a stark lack of diversity in gender and ethnicity that is borderline intentional. They want people like them, and there are no female leaders. No female Associates, out of the 4 that have ever existed, have stayed longer than a year or two after promotion; they either looked or were recruited elsewhere and took the job, or they switched to another field."
