"Most of the after hour networking events take place at the local steak house and it is men only. My male bosses had there weekly one on ones every week performed by there male bosses something that a women would never get a way with or would be invited to. "

"No mentor program. There are few women in IT leadership positions. C-Level management appear to be out of touch with the non-management worker. C-level management needs to visit and talk to their employees. It doesn't count when you are only talking to your surrounding "yes men". "
