"St John Providene Health System review
DON"T. It's a massive waste of your time. They don't care about you. They hide behind a 'faith-based' banner, and they are ruthless to their employees. Both male and female managers ad directors will hire men over women. If they can keep you in a 'ipnk ghetto,' they will. They are as misogynistic toward women as their Catholic policies are toward birth control. "

"You will work with mostly women who are catty and will talk behind your back. You have to be strong and not let it get to you. "

"They make employees feel bad for requesting PTO since they are often short staffed. In a hospital setting, they will often call on your days off asking you to come in and expect double shifts."

"No maternity leave; have to use short-term disability and PTO. HR is dramatically understaffed and slow. Senior leadership is insular, out of touch, and patronizing. Unaware of how savvy/strategic they are, as they do not communicate to next level of leaders (e.g. VPs). "
