"The benefits offered here are great, but if you want to move up and forward this may not be the place for you. Every few months there are reduction in forces that also lead to a sense that there is no job security and your position could be eliminated at any time. "

"HealthEquity gives me flexibility in my schedule to be present with my family. Leadership understand the value time away from work to spend with family and recharge. They respect boundaries and personal commitments. There is opportunity within your role and the organization to grow and impact the overall mission and purpose. "
