"That there are very few women working at Heat and Control and there's a strong 'men are the engineers and women are the admin' culture. Women clean up after office morning teas and having a morning tea for International Women's Day wasn't allowed.
My direct manger was supportive of me and I had flexibility around the hours I worked but in general everyone worked very set 8am - 4.30pm hours. "
