"It is great place for upward career growth and strong compensation, however overall it is a pressure cooker. Do your research on the stock price history since 2015 and the history of US acquisition failures... there is not a strong strategy for the US and recently the culture has moved a bit to become a "good ol' boys club." I would not recommend."

"Women leaders are becoming more visible within Henkel, maybe not so much on the executive leadership teams but definitely middle management. There are many opportunities for growth within Henkel if you look for them and promote yourself. I see more growth opportunities for younger women within the global organization. "

"This is a very good place to work. People that perform well have a chance to move up with disregard to the sex or nationality. They give you a lot of ownership and freedom to go above an beyond in the tasks. Managers are human and competent. "
