"Be prepared to do invisible labor for people who are not emotionally intelligent. Do not over extend yourself because the second you do extra it becomes the new expectation and you will not receive credit. Leadership will say one thing but do another. Change is exceptionally slow and from the top down there senior leadership is completely out of touch."

"The project manager has been sexist in his attitude toward the females on the team. He seems to value the opinions of our male counterparts more."
