"Management is run by men, The women in “mgmt roles” do the secretarial type work and dont seem to be promoted higher than asst mgr. They tell you promotion is possible, but I saw many competent women passed over with no explanation. "

"I think it is a great company to work for, although my store is short staffed due to just opening in Jan. It can be stressful at times but everyone works together as a team and gets the job done."
