"They do not offer advancement. It’s a very male run industry to begin with but they seem to promote this culture that is male dominated. They often make women feel as they are being too “overly emotional” about topics like pay. I personally found a huge discrepancy in pay between myself and other coworker in the same exact position. He was working here for longer but he made more than double what I was making after a pay cut was made to his pay."
