"Sadly, the culture has changed (for the worse) very dramatically over the last 2 years or so. Billed as “the women’s healthcare company” - leadership is solely comprised of middle-aged white males who are solely focused on the bottom line. There is a “token female” in a handful of the leadership circles, but it’s clear they are valued less, paid less, and often demoted or moved to less important or visible roles. There is clear gender discrimination that goes on regularly, and no one blinks and eye. "

"New management. They are bringing all their own people in , 95% men. Not much advancement opportunities."
