"If you have children, beware. Work from home was abolished before the pandemic except for one-off emergencies, to the extent that they laid off highly skilled people who refused to commute 2 to 3 hours each way, or move on their own $$. It appears they intend to resume that policy. In Engineering, MANDATORY overtime is a given. It is unpaid. There are algorithms for basically billable hours. There is a heavy contingent of young Asian Indian men in the US locations as well as a lot of offshoring to Puerto Rico, India, China and Mexico of professional jobs."
