"I have been here for 25 years and over that span of time, I've worked for both female and male managers who have valued my input, rewarded me appropriately, and have advocated for and encouraged me to take on new roles. I have worked my way up from data entry to my current, director-level role and I have felt completely supported to be a mother, wife, active member of my community, AND an employee!"

"As a working mom who loves her job, HP has allowed me to be flexible in both my time (family) and also in my career (being able to move to grow.) In a country like Mexico where woman's equality is not always in the forefront, HP allows you as a woman to grow and be equal with all. "
