"Be careful. Actions and stated values/policies do not align. Very cliquey. Older women not in lead roles were not respected. The organization is bulky and has a ridiculous number of people who have to review things, making responses too late to be usable or effective. Old and clunky organization with big personalities who do as they wish."

"Salary is low for all lower-level employees; however, men seem to be promoted and given special favors at a much higher rate than women."
