"Don't work here. Compared to other companies in the Des Moines area, their maternity leave is awful. They have no paternity leave. They have no designated lactation room. They do have a coat closet that they let new mothers pump in, but in no other way is it a lactation room. Remote work is unreachable because leadership is so old fashioned. And don't dare to stick your neck out to ask for change, because you'll only be extending it on the chopping block. Perhaps this is why there are literally no women in leadership within this organization."
