"Talk to as many people in the department and outside as you can, to get a feel for the culture and if it fits your needs. There are some great people that are very passionate about the company, however their experience is not necessarily the same for others."

"The company implemented a hybrid schedule after we return to the office. The problem is that there is no flexibility on the days you can be in the office. Monday- Wednesday is the only option and the CEO has made it clear anyone not working that doesn’t have his or HR’s approval. It would be ok if they stopped saying there was flexibility. "

"Employees giving birth can have as much time as their doctor says they need up to the max allowed by their time with company. Parents not given birth get 2 weeks paid. Flexibility up to the total FMLA time is available to everyone"

"My direct manager has been nothing but supportive whether personal or work. The person that runs the entire group is not. They show very little respect towards those the report up to them and doesn’t listen to feedback"
