"Depending on your department you have some flexibility. Maternity leave is PTO and STD - no paid leave. "

"The hours themselves are very flexible, but they are not the promised 37.5 hour workweek (for salary positions). "

8 Weeks Paid | 4 Weeks Unpaid
"It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure maternity leave was 7 or 8 weeks paid (1 week had to be your PTO, then 6 or 7 weeks at 60% I think). Beyond that you could take your legally allotted time for a total of 12 weeks but it was unpaid."
