"If you know someone who already works here (if you have an offer let's be honest you probably do) Ask about your hiring manager and how they treat women. Some are amazing, others not so much. "

"No pay transparency, only focusing on number of women in leadership roles. Flexible work from home policies. Many seem to get hired and promoted due to being friends with leaders outside of work. "
