"It's a good fit if you don't want to be in a leadership position. No of women/ No of leaders ratio is way less than No of women/No of Men ratio in this company."

"As a woman in a STEM field, I personally didn't experience much discrimination here. However, there's very little value on the worker's personal wellbeing. "

"Becoming a mother and having the ability to work from home (or flex work arrangement) is at the sole discretion of Exec Mgmt and cascaded down from there. Incorrectly and broadly tauted as "Company wide work-life balance"; this isn't the case. Ask upfront, upon interviewing, if wfh is possible if you'd like to start a family."

"IEEE doesn't have many women and they literally micro manage you. they strictly see that you make a 8 hour clock without lunch even though you finish your work"
