"They exploit workers by hiring a lot of former teachers who are desperate to leave the teaching field and don't know they are being underpaid for the amount of work expected. A majority of the employees are women yet the company is run predominantly by white men."

"Good place to work. Great if you’re passionate about education. Standard maternity leave. Most positions can be very flexible. Benefits are so so. "
