"Beware of the male favortism, and bro culture. Some racial, and sexual orientation slurs happen under the guise of "jokes". Sometimes it's funny, and sometimes it crosses the line. Otherwise though, the hours are great for the people in my position, and the days can be flexed. Very relaxed and no micro-managing goes on, which is nice."
