"There are hardly any women in leadership positions here. There is an inner core group of people who joined the company 15-20 years ago and they make all the decisions. It's hard to break-through and make your voice heard."

"There is little to no female leadership and I did not feel I was given opportunities to advance. I would have had to wait for the old white men to retire."
