"It was one of the most women-friendly workplaces I have been in. Women were frequently holding leadership positions. Many women had worked their way up from more junior positions. I would recommend they do more leadership training (specifically people-management training). But overall, I think Indiegogo did a great job of recruiting and promoting women from within."
