"IT is traditionally a male-dominated industry, but Indigo is run by a husband-wife team, and she is highly visible and involved. There are more males than females, yes, but women are valued, and several women hold important (and well compensated) managerial roles. I was recently involved in vetting and interviewing candidates, and most of the applicants for tech writers/editors were women; in both cases, women were hired. One was "older," and she was hired without any concern (which is how it should be). It's nice to see a company that values diversity in every area!"
