"All leadership at INNIO (formally GE Distributed Power) are male. The hires have been hired not through HR/Talent Acquisition at INNIO but through ADVENT International. Advent acquired GE's Distributed Power Business in Nov. 2018 and a good company has gone downhill quickly. Leadership does not exist and everyone is fearful of losing their jobs. "
