"I did the math when I got hired - 50% of our executive team is comprised of women, and the number of women employed here overall is near that. I have never felt like men or women are treating unfairly. Promotions are performance based and I have never felt discriminated against, and diversity is one of the pinnacles of our culture. I'm so happy to be working here and I'm sure you'll love it too. "
