"I have been with this organization for 9+ years - I have never felt more valued than I do here. Our voices are always heard and impactful on the entire organization. It has been quite rewarding both personally and professionally to be associated with such an inclusive group of people. "

"Of every company I have worked for in my career, Invitation Homes is the first place that I can honestly say I have always been fairly treated. I have never felt that women were not treated equally here and, actually, I have been promoted several times during my tenure. My opinions and ideas are always welcomed and embraced. The culture is unparalleled for every associate no matter your age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender. We promote diversity and inclusion here and, it is not just corporate speak, everyone lives by these ideals here. Excellent place to work and, as a result, I am heading into my 8th year with the company. "
