"Women with families are supported here. Location and work hours are flexible. (Keep in mind though that the associate/partner jobs are essentially 25-50% travel.) I think more can be done around raising the next generation of women into leadership and taking professional development seriously at the associate level. "

"This is an employee-owned company with a female President and majority female workforce. The track record on diversity and inclusion is not perfect, particularly for people of color, but gender bias is not a thing I ever worry or think about in the office. Clients, of course, can vary in how problematic they may be."

"Like all consulting jobs, this one requires travel which can be demanding. But the organizational culture is very support of remote work, flex hours, and PTO to make up for the times when we must be on-site with clients."
