"This company has a history and culture of victim blaming and protecting those who have been accused of sexual harassment. Additionally, promotions are provided based on longevity with the organization, not merit. This leads to an organization in which uneducated, untrained, and unskilled employees are promoted to managerial positions. Most supervisors are men."
