"I truly believe that women and men are promoted and treated equally here. There is sometimes a little sexism from students, but it is not from management at all. The only problem I have ever had is individual men, usually older, who think they can ignore women or make sexist jokes. And HR shut them down. Best place for women I have ever worked! "
