"if you care physically able to stand on your feet and don't have much education beyond a basic college degree, it is a job that provides some pay but for hard work"

"over all my departments omnichannel and IT have been flexible with taking time off. We get 10 flex fridays where we can take a half day and PTO is based around how long you've worked since the age of 25. More experienced workers get more time off when they are hired"
