"The women here support each other and have created a community of comfort and encouragement. There is still a lot of work to do, and no workplace is perfect. But, it's the women here who have the drive and confidence to make more positive changes. Since I've joined Jabil we have made some massive improvements and I know we will continue breaking the glass ceiling. "

"Jabil is a great place to start and continue your career. The company/culture values work life balance, mental health, and has opportunity for advancement. There are many successful women currently with the company and Jabil makes it known they strive to continue and grow this pattern in the future."

"There is great flexibility with my schedule and I am not micromanaged one bit. I see lots of women in leadership roles all over the US. Women's opinions and experiences are welcomed and valued here. Great place to work. Jabil is the best company that I've ever worked at. The benefits are great, the people are friendly and the workload is very fair."
